Purpose of personal data processing:

• The purpose of processing your personal data is to provide transport, with which we offer collection at your or the desired location and at the desired time and transportation anywhere in Slovenia and abroad.
• In order to ensure a ride adapted to your wishes and needs, we need your personal data, namely only those that you provide to us.
• You can place an order for a ride on our website https: //slovoyage.com/, in the request tab, in which you enter your personal data, which are: name, your e-mail, phone number, vehicle type, date, time and location departure and departure.
• You can also place an order for a ride via the phone number: +386 41 303 235 and entrust us with your personal data during the phone conversation.
• Legal basis for processing personal data:
  By placing an order for a ride, you consented to the processing of your above-mentioned data for the purposes of carrying out the ride. We collect only those personal data of yours that are necessary for the conclusion and/or implementation of contracts for the transportation of persons during the negotiation phase for the conclusion of the contract and for the implementation of the contract. Provision of personal data is a contractual obligation. It is your choice whether or not to provide us with your personal data. If you decide not to provide your personal data listed above, the transportation will not be possible.

We will process your personal data only for the purpose of performing the contract on passenger transport.

• Users or categories of users of personal data, if any:
  Your personal data provided to us for the purpose of placing a ride order is shared with the central office, which then contacts the driver to perform the ride.   We will process your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing, i.e. the execution of the transport; if your data is obtained on the basis of consent, for the purpose for which the consent was given. Personal data will be processed for a maximum of 5 years from the date of conclusion of the transport contract or given consent, or 10 years from the issuance of the invoice.
