General terms of services provided by the company <\/span>Firma23 d.o.o. <\/span>\u2013 TRANSPORT ORGANIZATION<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Offer: passenger transport, car rental with driver, driver rental.<\/span><\/p>\n

SERVICE PROVIDER: ORGANIZACIJA PREVOZOV, Firma23 doo (hereinafter the contractor), with registered office at Pru\u0161nikova ulica 96, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, <\/span>registration number: <\/span>9500367000<\/span>, tax number: SI 26162849 (hereinafter the contractor). <\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 1 \u2013 CONTRACTOR<\/span><\/p>\n

The company Firma23 doo - ORGANIZACIJA PREVOZOV provides services of transporting people with vehicles in accordance with the applicable regulations governing this area. Accordingly, it issues general terms of service that are the basis for every service provided. The contractor does not transport minors without an escort or authorization from a guardian.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. \u010cLEN \u2013 NARO\u010cNIK<\/span><\/p>\n

The customer is any contractual party or customer who orders a service provided by the contractor or carrier. At the same time, the client is also the payer of the service. The transport customer uses the vehicle's capacity in accordance with the specification stated in the general terms and conditions. The contractor is not obliged to provide the service to anyone who does not agree to these general conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 RESERVATION<\/span><\/p>\n

The reservation is confirmed when the contractor receives the agreed advance payment for the transport for the mentioned service, if the contracting parties so agree. Only those service reservations confirmed in writing by the provider are valid. The deadline for advance payment is stated in the offer. The confirmed reservation contains the details of the client, the number of people, confirmation <\/span>of the requested date, the location of the entry or start of the route, the location of the final route and a fixed price for the reserved service. An unconfirmed reservation is not binding on the contractor.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 4<\/span><\/p>\n

VOYAGE transport is intended for those passengers who want to adapt their transport to their needs. Such transportation can be ordered by phone, in writing via e-mail or via the reservation form. When making a reservation, the passenger informs the desired time of departure and arrival (optional flight number), boarding location and number of persons and luggage. This form of transport is not tied to a timetable. It is adapted exclusively to passengers who need a service from the airport or vice versa, without additional stops and passengers. When booking a route (from the airport to the desired address), the driver waits for the passenger with the agreed welcome sign at the airport building after the plane has landed. Transportation is done with a comfortable van of a higher price class or with a luxury private vehicle as desired. Additional benefits of VIP TRANSPORT include free additional luggage, no additional charge for the use of a child seat and an unlimited number of stops according to the travel schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICE<\/span><\/p>\n

Cash payment can be made directly before the start of the ride, for which appropriate payment documentation is issued. Other forms of payment apply to contractual parties who order the services of the contractor for their beneficiaries. In this case, a document such as a purchase order or a company contract, as well as a written order in the form of an e-mail, is mandatory. In this case, the passenger list is also a mandatory component of the order. Contractual partners are entitled to pay the invoice within the agreed term, as specified in the contract, or on the date indicated on the issued invoice.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. \u010cLEN \u2013 ZA\u010cETEK VO\u017dNJE<\/span><\/p>\n

The start of the ride is defined by the moment<\/span>utkom, when the client enters the contractor's vehicle. <\/span>When the client takes his place in the vehicle, the driver can physically start moving the vehicle in the direction of the agreed destination. The driver is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings in the vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. \u010cLEN \u2013 PREKINITEV VO\u017dNJE<\/span><\/p>\n

An interruption between the starting and final destination means a stop, where all passengers leave the vehicle. On shorter routes up to 200 km, a stop of up to 15 minutes is planned, and on longer routes up to 30 minutes. For stops that would last longer, the driver makes a separate agreement with the passengers each time. In case of excessive stops at the express request of the passengers, the driver is not responsible for possible delays to the final destination.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. \u010cLEN \u2013 KONEC VO\u017dNJE<\/span><\/p>\n

The end of the journey occurs when all passengers leave the vehicle at the final destination.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. \u010cLEN \u2013 VARNOST IN ODGOVORNOST<\/span><\/p>\n

All vehicles have a license to transport passengers, are properly inspected and comply with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia. Passenger accident insurance is included in the price of transport. All vehicles also have car assistance from the insurance companies Generali dd or TRIGLAV dd or Sava dd. The additional duties of a vehicle driver require behavior in accordance with the principles of good stewardship, both in relation to the vehicle and the passengers. In case of dangerous behavior of passengers, whereby they may endanger themselves or others, the driver is obliged to stop driving, ensure the safety of other passengers and the vehicle, before continuing the journey.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. \u010cLEN \u2013 PRTLJAGA<\/span><\/p>\n

Subscriber <\/span>has the right to carry luggage free of charge, but limited according to the availability of space in the vehicle, but usually<\/span> to transport 1 piece of hand luggage weighing up to 10 kg and 1 piece of personal luggage weighing up to 25 kg. <\/span>When ordering the service, the customer and the contractor agree on the allowed amount of luggage, depending on the number of people and the availability of space in the vehicle. <\/span>It is not allowed to bring and transport dangerous substances or substances that are prohibited by law in all countries through which the journey takes place in combination vehicles.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. \u010cLEN \u2013 ODPOVED PREVOZA S STRANI NARO\u010cNIKA<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation of the trip by the client must be in writing, e-mail is also valid. The date of written cancellation is the basis for the calculation of costs <\/span>give up<\/span> which amount to: up to one hour <\/span>before departure to the destination, the cancellation costs are <\/span>10<\/span>% transport prices<\/span> in domestic traffic and up to four hours before departure to the destination, cancellation costs amount to 10% of the price of transportation in international traffic. <\/span><\/p>\n

12. \u010cLEN \u2013 VAROVANJE OSEBNIH PODATKOV<\/span><\/p>\n

The contractor does not have any approved contractor for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
